Can you increase your Immunity Quotient in the time of Covid-19?

Numerous medical studies are demonstrating that patients who suffer the most complications from Covid-19 are also presenting with severe deficiencies in vitamins and micronutrients on lab tests.

In a study of 198 patients in China comparing non-ICU patients versus those admitted to the ICU with Covid 19,  66.7 % of patients who got admitted to the ICU versus 36% nonadmissions had increased glutathione reductase levels.  Glutathione reductase is an enzyme that is essential for maintaining the oxidative balance in the cell. When Glutathione levels in the cell are decreased, Glutathione reductase levels increase to maintain the Glutathione reducing the potential to prevent cellular oxidative stress and cellular death.
